Seasonal Service Prices

Eagle Docks is Lake Vermilion’s largest provider of seasonal dock and boat lift service. Each fall, Eagle Docks removes hundreds of docks and boat lifts from the water, protecting them from the dangers of winter’s ice. Once spring arrives and the lake is ice free, we return to your home or cabin and place them back in the water again – ready for another season “at the lake”. Peace of mind, convenience, and efficiency. That’s what you get with Eagle Docks seasonal service!

Our current pricing for Spring and Fall service:

Base Unit Pricing:

“Lift-out” Style docks: 24 feet long and over:	$115.00
Boat Rails (Tracks):	$105.00
Boat Lifts:	$130.00
Other Barge Lifts: (detachable dock sections, swimming rafts, etc)	$130.00
“Lift-out” Style Docks: under 24 feet long:	$80.00

Additional Service Charges (in addition to the Base Unit Price):

Docks with an “L” section, permanent “L” or Flip “L”: (includes decking and bench placement/removal and flipping of attached “L”)	$10.00
Return trip charge:	Varies by location

Discounts:

Eagle Docks has a standing high-volume discount program for our residential customers. Under this program, if Eagle Docks services four (4) or more Base Units, of any type, at one address, you will receive a 5.0% discount on each unit serviced.

Payment:

For your convenience and record keeping, Eagle Docks will send you an invoice of all services rendered, and payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

Spring Schedule:

Spring service work will begin with the official “ice-out” on Lake Vermilion. Generally, all spring service work is complete within 4-5 weeks after the ice-out occurs.

We do recognize many of you would like all your service work complete for the “Fishing Opener”. That is our goal as well. However, should we have a late “ice-out”, Eagle Docks will focus first on dock lowering, in an attempt to make sure you have at least your dock down and available for use on the Fishing Opener.

Additionally, should we have a period of inclement weather after “ice-out”, we ask for your patience, as our outmost concerns are for the protection of your property and the safety of our staff.

Fall Schedule:

Fall service work will begin on October 1st and takes up to five(5) weeks. In order to provide fall dock and lift service to our customers in a safe and manageable manner, we ask the following:

• Dock and track cables and “A” frames are made readily available to our work crews
• Boat lift canopies (vinyl or canvas portion) must be removed prior to our arrival
• Boats must be removed from boat lifts and lift bunks must be raised to the very top limit
• Docks must still be down for us to be able to safely hook-up and remove your boat lift
